Acceptance
By using the Wavez Automation website or service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a dental practice, you represent that you have the authority to bind that practice.
Service description
Wavez provides an AI voice receptionist that answers inbound phone calls for dental practices, books appointments into approved practice-management systems, and logs call activity to the patient record.
Practice responsibilities
- Ensure the phone numbers, PMS credentials, and appointment rules you provide are accurate and authorized.
- Sign a Business Associate Agreement before Wavez handles live patient calls.
- Comply with all state and federal laws that apply to your practice, including call-recording notice requirements.
Fees and billing
Plan pricing is published at /pricing. Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limits of the service
- The AI is not a substitute for clinical judgment and does not provide medical or dental advice.
- Wavez does not process insurance claims, payments, or clinical records.
- Emergency situations are escalated to a human line you specify.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
